Workshop Description

Winter to hibernate and regenerate. Spring to grow seeds of dreams. Summer to harvest what is abundant and resourcing in our lives. Autumn to compost what is to be let go off to make space for the new... Each workshop will have its own theme and will be an invitation to drop down into deep slow physical being, to re-find ourselves in body, within each season. The series will explore the connectedness between your inner selves and nature, tending the living landscapes of body and Earth, through movement, voice, drawing, writing, which will support us towards possibilities of change. It is to this alchemy journey, with seasons as its gateway, that you are invited to join! An original inter-modal approach will be used, offering to explore links between body, emotions, and imagination thanks to movement and dance-based explorations. No prior experience is necessary, you are welcomed as you are! Highlights: - Guided Mindful Movement: engagement in a practice that encourages conscious movement, deepening connection between body and environment, which in turn can help bring vitality and help increase creativity of being and doing in our lives - Sensory Awareness Activities: to strengthen deeper sense of presence and attunement with ourselves, others and Nature - Experiential Learning: participation in activities designed to enhance body awareness, grounded vitality, introspection, resilience and awe, as well as increase creativity and possibilities of being and doing - Reflective Conversations: sharing experiences and the insights with fellow participants to expand the personal experience into the collective wisdom The overarching intention for this unique series is to experience yourself in connectedness with your own inner ecosystem and that of Nature throughout the seasons. This can be envisaged as a journey through time (through the year 2026 during 9 months) and cycles (that of seasons of your own inner cycles) with connectedness and integration embedded into each workshop as well as threaded together into an invitation into place and change. We encourage you to give yourself the gift of this journey, however recognise that you may only wish to participate to a select number of sessions only. As the number of participants play into the activities proposed for each workshop, we offer a discounted price to those who register for the whole series.
